Before I tell you about myself, the name probably deserves an explanation. The “caffeinated” part is literal. I drink at least two pots a day, which I still consider rookie numbers. The “craftsman” part comes from preferring the craft over the grind. The Caffeinated Craftsman was pretty much inevitable.

I’m Bill, a Navy veteran, lifelong tinkerer, and the kind of person who has never met a stranger. I’m naturally curious, deeply creative, and happiest when I have a problem to solve, something to build, or an idea I can make better with my own two hands.

I like projects with a little personality and people who do, too. You don’t need to know the technical terms or have every detail figured out before calling me. Show me what’s bothering you, tell me what you’re imagining, and let’s talk it through. Some of my best ideas have started with, “I don’t know if this is even possible, but…”
 

I’m probably a good fit if you appreciate honest conversation, thoughtful work, a little humor, and having someone in your home who genuinely enjoys being there. I won’t rush through your project just to cross it off a schedule. I want to understand how you live, find the smartest way to make your space work better, and leave you with something I’m proud to put my name on.
